SIP Basis Compression Library (SigComp)

The Estacado Systems Compression Library is based on RFC 3320. The library is equally suitable for embedding in mobile terminals as it is for use in highly-scalable network servers. The library comes with the static SIP and SDP static dictionaries defined in RFC 3485. Support for the Deflate algorithm is included, with additional algorithms available by request. The implementation also supports the NACK mechanism described in RFC 4077 for greater efficiency.

Estacado Systems hosts the Open Sigcomp project which provides an open source library with similar functionality.
